LIME REALTY GROUP recently found a report online from the U.S. Census Bureau listing St. George as the fifth on the list of fastest growing areas. The metro area includes St. George, Washington, Santa Clara and Ivins grew at a rate of 2.9% in 2015. This surpasses the growth rate of even some of the bigger cities who average growth rates of right around 1.93%.
We’re experiencing a population boom of sorts. Largely due to the climate, recreational activities and business opportunities. In the 90s, the growth rate peaked around 8%. St. George was even ranked as #1 at a certain point.
