LIME REALTY GROUP recently had a close friend sit down and ask us a ton of questions about her new home and charges she didn’t understand or felt were fair.
Now since her builder is in direct competition with a builder we represent, I had to walk carefully. I’ll admit, a part of me wanted her to be right so I could praise my client loudly for everyone to hear… But I also knew it would be unprofessional to make such a snap judgment against him. Especially when I could understand her concerns and also see his side.
As I thought about my responses to her questions I realized there are a lot of people in the world who aren’t familiar with the business practices of this industry and how it can seem both unfair and misleading all at the same time.
