LIME REALTY GROUP is deeply saddened by the loss of another musical great! 80’s pop icon, George Michael passed away on Christmas day.
This has truly been a devastating year for 80’s music. Michael rose to fame as a member of the British duo, Wham! With a string of hits under their belt, Michael decided to go solo and ended up gaining superstar status for a large part of the 80’s.
His later released in the 90s and afterwards didn’t garner as much attention but he was still critically acclaimed by the press and other musicians.
Famed for writing lyrics that were heartbreakingly personal, Michael never held back and shared his life as an open book to the public and his fans.
